Mission: The mission of the company is to create customer satisfaction by utilizing and providing its products and services. Among the company’s main products, the most significant are highly demanded beauty and cleaning items, as well as food products. What differentiates this company from others is its collaboration with various organizations/manufacturers to deliver goods directly from the producer to the consumer.

Our Goal: Our goal is to enable the creation of sustainable and continuous income by promoting and selling the company’s products and services, both online and offline.


Among the main products the company engages with, the most prominent are highly demanded beauty and cleaning items, as well as food products. What differentiates this company from others is its approach of working in collaboration with various organizations and manufacturers to deliver products directly from the producer to the consumer.

Partner Institutions: The company has been working for over 5 years in collaboration with various institutions, such as: East Africa Holding (with over 30 years of manufacturing experience; products supplied to our company include Vatex, Crown Omo, Solar Soap, Grease Line, body soaps, lotions, etc.) Medrock (15 years of manufacturing experience; products supplied include tea leaves) Polar (6 years of manufacturing experience; products supplied include cleaning items such as Largo, dishwashing and handwashing liquids, Barakina, liquid lotions, etc.) Taza (15 years of manufacturing experience; products supplied include cleaning items such as Largo, dishwashing and handwashing liquids, Barakina, liquid lotions, etc.)

Currently, the company operates with 250 sales employees, 22 coordinators, and 7 sites in Addis Ababa, as well as in two regional cities, Adama and Hawassa, where products are being distributed. The company’s head office is located in Addis Ababa, at Gurdshola 1, and it is structured under five main management divisions. The company operates under two legal licenses, all officially registered with the trade registration number YK/AA/1/003266. The first license allows for conducting initial training sessions, which enable short-term marketing and sales training for potential employees. It also allows the registration and training of digital marketing specialists, equipping them as skilled professionals to integrate into the workforce. The second license grants legal authority to conduct general commercial operations. Additionally, the company engages in formal agreements with partner institutions, ensuring legal and documented processes. For example, under the agreement with East Africa, the company has legal authorization to distribute products such as Seger, City, Nafaslk, and Colfen directly from door to door. The agreement also ensures that no other institution can legally distribute these products independently, protecting the company’s exclusive rights.

The company periodically publishes job announcements for various positions and recruits candidates through training and selection processes. The main positions include Coordinator/Supervisor, Data Collector, Market Research Specialist, Market Intelligence Specialist, and Sales Specialist, who undergo training and practical preparation. Candidates are welcomed to register and work for the mentioned positions. The recruitment process provides clear guidance for applicants, which is as follows: Applicants must bring full educational certificates, a copy of their ID, and two passport-sized photos as stated in the announcement. The company, using its legal training license, has full legal authority to conduct training and orientation sessions. The training lasts two days: The first session covers the company’s identity and basic marketing concepts. The second session involves practical, on-the-job training where candidates begin applying what they learned in real work settings.

To complete the recruitment process, the company considers successful completion of the training as the main requirement. After finishing the training, there is no verbal or written exam; candidates are directly assigned to work in the respective sub-city where they will operate. Regarding the process, candidates must: Submit necessary documents. Keep and present their training entry card. Arrive on time for the training and bring writing materials.

Coordinator/Supervisor: The main responsibility is to manage and guide 5 to 10 sales specialists assigned under them and ensure they perform effectively. Duties include: Providing training Preparing reports Conducting personal sales Building team sales Once they begin work, the company will assign them to their respective division on a weekly basis. They may also perform tasks from other job categories as needed. Additionally, they are responsible for establishing partnerships with other institutions, as well as promoting and selling the company’s products and services. This means that when a client/customer expresses interest, the supervisor ensures the request is reported directly to the company’s product and delivery department so that it reaches the intended site.

The company’s main objective is to deliver essential and in-demand products directly from manufacturers to consumers. In this way, customers—whether individuals or retailers—can access products in Addis Ababa or regional cities at their local marketplace. Understanding this, our company ensures that the products reach consumers with the same quality and content as found in the marketplace, but at a lower price through direct delivery. This effort also contributes to stabilizing the national market, and for this reason, the company has received recognition from various government institutions. Furthermore, work processes related to the company—such as salary, commission, guarantees, product management regulations, and other related matters—are all addressed in written agreements or sufficiently covered during the training sessions.

በአሁኑ ሰአት ደግሞ በ250 የሽያጭ ሰራተኞች በ22 አስተባባሪ በ 7 አዲስ አበባ ሳይቶች በሁለት የክልል ከተሞች ማለትም በአዳማ እና ሃዋሳ ምርቶቹን በማሰራጨት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡የተቋሙ ዋና መስሪያቤት አዲስ አበባ መገናኛ - ጉርድሾላ 1 ሲሆን ተቋሙም በ5 ዋና ዋና የማኔጅመንት ስትራክቸር የተዋቀረ ነዉ፡፡ተቋሙም በሁለት ህጋዊ ፍቃዶች እየሰራ ይገኛል፡፡ሁሉቱም የተመዘገቡበት የንግድ የምዝገባ ቁጥር YK/AA/1/003266 ሲሆን የመጀመሪያ የአጫጭር ጊዜ ስልጠናዎች መስጫ ፍቃድ ሲሆን ይህም የተለያዩ ስራ ፈላጊዎችን በአጭር ጊዜ የማርኬቲንግ ስልጠና እና የሽያጭ ስልጠናዎችን የሚሰጥበት እና እንዲሁም የዲጂታል ማርኬቲንግ ሰልጣኞችን በመመዝገብ እና በማሰልጠን ብቁ ባለሙያ በማድረግ ወደ ስራ የሚያሰማራበት ፍቃድ ሲሆን ሌላኛዉ ደግሞ የጠቅላላ ንግድ ስራዎችን የሚከዉንበት ህጋዊ ፍቃዱ ነዉ፡፡ በተጨማሪም ከተቋማት ጋር በሚሰራበት ሂደት ላይ ህጋዊ የሆነ ስምምነት በማድረግ እና የራሱን ግዛት ተሰቶት በተሟላ ሰነድ ተሰንዶ የሚሰራ ሲሆን ለምሳሌ ከኢስታአፍሪካ ጋር ባለዉ ስምምነት ጠቅላላ የሸገርን ሲቲ እና ንፋስልክ፤ኮልፌን ጨምሮ ምርቱን ዶር ቶ ዶር የማዳረስ ህጋዊ ፍቃድ የያዘ እና ማንም ሌላ ተቋም አልፎ ማከፋፈል እንዳይችል የሚያትት ስምምነት አላቸዉ፡፡

ተቋሙም በተለያየ ጊዜ እና አጋጣሚ የስራ ማስታወቂያዎችን በተለያየ የስራ መደብ በማዉጣት የሚመጡትን ስራ ፈላጊዎችን በማሰልጠን እና በመቅጠር ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ዋና ዋና ከስራ መደቦቹ መካከል አስተባባሪ/ሱፐርቫይዘር ፤ መረጃ ሰብሳቢ ፤ የገበያ ጥናት ባለሙያ፤የገበያ ትስስር ባለሙያ ፤ በሽያጭ ባለሙያ በማሰልጠን እና በማሰራት ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ በተጠቀሱት የስራ መስኮች ላይ ለመመዝገብ እና ለመስራት ለመጣቹ የስራ አመልካቾች እናኳን ደህና መጣቹ፡፡በመቀጠልም ከእናንተ ከስራ ፈላጊዎች የሚጠበቁ ነገሮችን እና አጠር ያለ የስራ ማብራሪያ እንደሚከተለዉ ተቀምጧል፡፡ በመጀመሪያም ማስታወቂያዉ ላይ እንደተጠቀሰዉ ሙሉ የት/ት ማስረጃ ፤ መታወቂያ ኮፒ ፤ ሁለት ጉርድ ፎቶ ይዛቹ መምጣት ይኖርባቹኋል፡፡ከላይ እንደተጠቀሰዉ ተቋሙ ህጋዊ የስልጠና ፍቃድ በመጠቀም የማሰልጠን እና የማሰማራት ሙሉ ህጋዊ ፍቃድ ያለዉ ነዉ ፡፡ ከዚህም በመቀጠል ስልጠናዉን ለሁለት ቀናቶች በመዉሰድ ፡ የመጀመሪያ ዙር ጠቅላላ የተቋሙን ምንነት እና ቤዚክ ማርኬቲንግ በመዉሰድ ሁለተኛ ዙር ደግሞ ስራ ላይ እያሉ እና እየሰሩ የሚወስዱት ይሆናል፡፡

ተቋሙን ለመቀላቀል ዋነኛዉ ነገር ስልጠናዉን በበቂ ሁኔታ ማጠናቀቅ እንደመስፈርት ይቆጠራል፡፡ ስልጠናዉን ከወሰዱ ቡኋላ የቃልም ይሁን የጸፉ ፈተና የለዉም በቀጥታ ባሉበት ክፍለከተማ ለስራ ይመደባሉ፡፡ ሂደቱን በተመለከተ ማስረጃ ማስገባት ፤ የስልጠና መግቢያ ካርድ መያዝ ይኖርባቹኋል፡፡ ለስልጠናዉ በምትመጡ ሰአት ማስታወሻ፤መጻፊያ ብእር ይዛቹ መምጣት ይኖርባችኋል፡፡

ያወጣናቸዉ የስራ መደበች ላይ አጠር ያለ ማብራሪያ ለመስጠት ያክል

አስተባባሪ/ሱፐርቫይዘር ፡ በስራቸዉ የሚመደቡ ከ5 እስከ 10 የሽያጭ ባለምያዎችን በመያዝ እና ወደ ስራ በማሰማራት ውጤታማ እንዲሁኑ ማስቻል ነዉ፡፡ተግባራቶቹም ስልጠና መስጠት ፤ ሪፖርት ማድረግ ፤ በግል ሽያጭ ማከናወን ፤ በቲም ሽያጭ መፍጠር ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ስራ ከጀመሩ በሳምንቱ ድርጅቱ በስራቸዉ ምደባ ያከናዉንላቸዋል፡፡ሌሎችን የስራ መደቦችን በጠቅላላ መስራት ይችላሉ ተቋሙንም ከሌሎች ተቋማት ጋር ትስስር መፍጠር እና የተቋሙን ምርት እና አገልግሎቶች መሸጥ መቻል ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ይህም ማለት የተቋሙን ምርት እና አገልግሎቶች መማስተዋወቅ ተገልጋይ / ፈላጊ ሲመታ ቀጥታ ለድርጅቱ ምርት እና ደሊቨሪ ክፍል/አስተባባሪ ሪፖርት በማድረግ ባላቹበት ሳይት እንዲደርስ ይደረጋል፡፡

ድርጅቱም ዋና አላማ አድርጎት እየተንቀሳቀሰ ያለዉ ተፈላጊ እና አስፈላጊ ምርቶችን ከአምራች ተቋማት ቀጥታ ለሸማቹ የማድረስ ተግባር ሲሆን በዚህም ሁኔታ ተጠቃሚዉን ግለሰብ / ሸማች ክፍል ባሉበት ቦታ አዲስ አባባ የትኛዉም ቦታ እንዲሁም ክልል ከተሞች ላይ ግለሰብም/ሸማች መትቶ የሚገዛዉ መርካቶ ነው ተቋማችን ይህንን በመረዳት በመርካቶ ይዘት እና ጥራት ነገር ግን ከመርካቶም በሚቀንስ ዋጋ በር ድረስ የማድረስ ስራዎችን ጨምሮ ይሰራል፡፡ይህም ተግባሩ እንደሃገር ገበያን የማረጋጋት ስራም ጭምር ነዉ ለዚህም የተለያዩ መንግስት ተቋማትም እውቅና ሰተዉታል፡፡ በመቀጠል ተቋም ጋር በተያያዘ ያሉ የስራ ሂደቶች ስለ ደሞዝ ፤ ኮሚሽን ፤ ዋስትና ፤ ምርት መተዳደሪያ ደንቦች እና ተያያዥ ነገሮችን በአባሪ ወረቀት አልያም ስልጠናዉ ላይ በበቂ ሁኔታ ይያያዛሉ
